Loop 101

Arizona Structure Technologies fabricated and installed numerous Daktronics dynamic message signs on State Route 101 for Coffman Specialties, Inc.

Trusses & Girders

Arizona Structure Technologies, Inc. fabricated 157-foot-long trusses for Copper Steel Fabricators, Inc. of Shelbyville, Tenn. The trusses, which weigh approximately 20,000 pounds each, were installed at Williams Gateway Airport in Mesa, Ariz.

Sign Structures

Arizona Structure Technologies, Inc. has constructed numerous overhead steel tubular highway sign structures projects for the Arizona Department of Transportation and Arizona municipalities. The majority of the structures are fabricated using heavy-wall pipe ranging from 1.312-inch wall for 12-inch pipe structures to 1.12-inch for 22-inch wall pipe. Arizona Structure Technologies’ tubular work can be seen on I-10, State Route 51, State Route 101 (the Loop) and other freeways and parkways throughout Arizona.

Phoenix Convention Center

For the City of Phoenix, Arizona Structure Technologies fabricated 21 trusses, several girders and multiple canopies as part of a major expansion and renovation of the Phoenix Convention Center.

U.S. 60

Arizona Structure Technologies is versed in the manufacture of overhead steel highway sign structures and bridges. Our team fabricated seven custom variable message sign structures (VMS) for customer Contractors West, Inc., a Mesa, Ariz.-based contractor. The 20-inch diameter structures are approximately 25 to 30 feet tall and feature spans ranging from 88 to 103 feet.

Arizona Structure Technologies also provided shop drawings and design assistance to the contractor to help meet design-build parameters for the massive improvement effort.
